CEO of GCC
Mr. Milán started working in Cementos de Chihuahua in 1984 as VP Sales, a position
he held until 1987, when he was appointed CEO.
Mr. Milan is director of several companies and institutions, he chairs 15 of them,
including CESPEDES the highest office of the private sector on Sustainable Development.

Among the positions he has held, we find
that from 1973 to 1978 he worked for Grupo ICA as Area Manager at ICATEC, S.A.; in 1978 he started
working as Business Development of the Grupo Chihuahua industrial sector, and until 1984
he acted as President for some companies belonging to the group.
Mr. Milán graduated
from the ITESM, Monterrey Campus, as a Civil Engineer. He also specialized in Operations research
at ITESM. Likewise, he holds a Master’s Degree in Science from Stanford University, and he followed
the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) Business Administration Program
AD-2.
