Every year we endeavour to generate and strengthen an adequate work environment for the integral development of each one of our collaborators, managers and directors at GCC.

Development courses for everybody

At GCC we offer a variety of development programs to support integral pople growth. These programs include, master and bachelor's degree, courses and seminars, and  and international assigments.

Growing together

Growing together is the scholarship program for open education. It grants employees that have not yet finished junior high school and/or high school studies, the chance to continue their education through said program. People that have an interest in continuing their professional or graduate studies, can also do so through scholarships or specially priced tuitions, as GCC has very strong links with the universities in some of the locations where we operates.

GCC acknowledges and rewards high performance. All of GCC’s collaborators participate in the setting of our yearly goals and in the evaluation of their own progress regarding said goals halfway through the year and at the end of the same. GCC acknowledges the effort and dedication of ourits employees. Every year there are important rewards and special additional opportunities for training and development for all those collaborators that obtain the distinction of Most Effective performance (ME) during the year.

You have the opportunity to evaluate your coordinator and your workmates. At GCC we believe in the value of teamwork and we reflect it by including your opinions regarding the performance of your coordinator and your workmates through survey 360 ⁰. People at GCC are also evaluated by their internal customers through the same survey. The idea is to enrich feedback for the personal and professional growth of everyone involved.

GCC is a company which is constantly growing and increasing its global participation, with operations in the USA, Mexico, Switzerland and Bolivia.
At GCC we believe that diversity is a key element for our success, that is why we are always looking for people who can contribute in all of our worlwide locations. We are aware of the wealth of knowledge that GCC and its personnel acquire when they have a chance to work in other countries. Nowadays, some collaborators of GCC have been appointed to work in countries which are not their country of origin.
