The Technological Innovation Center (TIC) is a network of researchers dedicated to the development of innovative products related to cement, concrete and other materials used in the construction industry.

The center employs highly qualified personnel, along with equipment which is one of a kind in Mexico. The center operates a pilot plant that has a completely automated kiln for clinkerisation, which permits the reproductions of real-life conditions for industrial testing of new products and processes.
