The Ordinary Shareholders Meeting of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. determines the amount of the dividend to be paid to the shareholders. From 1999 to 2005, the dividends paid had an annual compound growth rate of 16.8%. Even if GCC has been paying dividends since 1992, the company cannot ensure the annual payment of dividends.
