Completed by Renegade Construction for the Federal Highway Administration and the National Park Service, Soledad Canyon Road provides access to Bar Canyon and Soledad Canyon in southern New Mexico.
GCC completed a new mix design for the project and imported lime from central Texas. Lime is not typically used in the region but made the project a success.
