The future of work challenges us to adopt new tools, develop capabilities, and find better ways to collaborate. It also reminds us of the importance of listening, building trust, and keeping people at the center of our decisions.

With this perspective, GCC and Gartner hosted the Chihuahua 2027 Human Resources Leaders Summit on October 15 at our corporate offices in Chihuahua. The event brought together leaders from organizations across the region to share experiences and explore the priorities shaping talent management as they plan for 2027.

The event also provided a forum to discuss artificial intelligence and innovative HR practices. These topics invite us to consider how technology can support our work while strengthening the leadership, communication, and collaboration skills our organizations need.

Beyond the sessions, the gathering offered opportunities to connect with peers from other companies and discuss shared challenges. Learning how other organizations approach their priorities broadens our understanding and provides ideas for continued improvement.

Human connection was one of the reflections to emerge from the experience. As technology transforms the workplace, trusted relationships, attentive listening, and clear communication remain essential to helping people navigate change.
