On Friday, June 12, GCC held an Competition Law Conference, an initiative led by GCC’s Legal team to reinforce knowledge, prevention, and best practices related to regulatory compliance.
The event took place at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Chihuahua Campus, and featured Diego González Altamirano, partner at C&MA, as guest speaker. The conference gathered employees from different areas of the company, as well as Law students and faculty members, with the purpose of deepening understanding of the fundamental principles of competition law, how these principles are applicable in the organization’s daily operations, and recent changes to federal legislation.
These types of initiatives are part of GCC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen employee resources, promote a strong compliance culture, and ensure that our operations remain aligned with the law and the highest standards of business conduct.
