The participation of the Chihuahua Plant Environmental Team, led by Héctor Leal, stands out as a key element in the success of this initiative. The team played a critical role from the planning stages through execution. Special recognition is given to Miguel Ángel Orrantia Venegas, Environmental Coordinator, and Diana Laura Salazar Pérez, Environmental Analyst, for

their dedication and active involvement in bringing this project to life.

This joint effort, in collaboration with Tecnológico de Chihuahua II, Fundación Grupo México, Chihuahua Green, and the Municipal Government of Chihuahua, strengthens a model of cooperation between the education sector, private industry, and society, aimed at building more sustainable spaces.

The operational phase of the project also includes the active participation

of brigades made up of students and faculty, who will be responsible for planting and follow-up activities, ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the reforestation.

For GCC, this represents the most significant initiative of its kind in the region and reaffirms its commitment to promoting actions that generate a positive and lasting impact. This collaboration is expected to be the first of many joint efforts with Tecnológico de Chihuahua II, further strengthening

the connection between industry, academia, and the community.
