The day included a general presentation, followed by an interactive session that encouraged open dialogue and the exchange of experiences.

As part of the visit, attendees also participated in a safety talk and learned about the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reinforcing the importance of safety culture in our operations. The experience continued with a visit to the Research and Development area, where they gained insight into GCC’s innovation processes.

One of the most meaningful moments was the direct interaction with GCC team members, who shared their experiences as women in the industry, along with their professional journeys and personal growth, serving as a close and inspiring example for the participants.

The visit was led by Carolina Prieto, Innovation and Development Manager, along with a group of team members from different areas of the company: Giselle Peña, Karina Torres, Elsa Mercado, Fernanda Velázquez, Viridiana Cano, Sarahí Martínez, Gina Lotito, Laura Portillo, Sofía Betancourt, Marissa Carreón, and Ileana Chaparro, who shared their professional experiences and encouraged participants to build their own paths.
